SDA – Skills Development Associates provide managerial and technical trainings to client organizations and companies for human resource capacity building. SDA has trained over 7,000 professionals throughout Kosovo and regionally since 2004. Training sessions are individually designed by SDA staff to cater to the human resource needs of client organizations, institutions, and private sector companies. SDA prides itself on its successful history of delivering pragmatic trainings for employees at all levels in their professional careers; from assistants to management executives.

GDA – Government Development Associates provide technical assistance and professional services to various Public Sector institutions and departments both at the national level, and the local level. Successfully implemented projects have ranged from those that focus on developing strategies for decentralization efforts at the Municipal level, to national projects that have focused on economic development projects to be carried out by Federal Ministries. Across the gamut of projects, GDA has consistently provided services to better use Kosovar tax payer money and donor funds to enhance the governing institutions across Kosovo.

BDA – Business Development Associates provide four primary services to private sector clients in Kosovo and Western Balkan region: technical expertise, startup advice, market research, and the development of both investment proposals and business plans for expansionary efforts. BDA's clients range from entrepreneurs with innovative ideas that need assistance in formalizing their plans to appeal to investors, to company CEO's that would like to expand local production capacities and/or begin to export their products and services regionally. BDA renders services for small, medium, and large private sector companies that operate throughout Kosovo.

ODA – Outsource Development Associates seeks to turn an idea into a new venture by assisting foreign direct investors in outsourcing certain business processes or full business operations to Kosovo. Target investment initiatives might include outsourcing call centers or human resource management, or Greenfield investment initiatives to bring new factories to Kosovo. ODA can either directly manage and carry-out the outsourced service, or mitigate levels of risk for investors through conducting thorough market research, providing timely local information on laws, regulations, and the business environment, and facilitating the creation of a local network in order to operate successfully in the Kosovo context.

QDA – Quality Development Associates provide technical assistance to companies wishing to implement quality management systems according to ISO standards, for both private sector businesses and public sector institutions. MDA implemented ISO standard certification for five companies in Kosovo in the year 2009 alone, and in 2010, all five companies were successfully re-certified while two additional private sector companies underwent the certification processes. Through facilitating ISO certification processes, QDA is assisting local companies and institutions conduct business in the most efficient manner possible.

CDA – Communications Development Associates is responsible for managing projects related to public relations and communications in Kosovo. CDA's clients range from international donor institutions to private sector companies and public sector offices. CDA works with communications mediums in all of the five most widely used languages in Kosovo to implement projects such as media and outreach campaigns for public awareness, planning and managing public relations events, and conducting market research on the media industry in Kosovo.
